Never had any at all with my previous pregnancies (10/8 years ago) but it's driving me up the wall. General heavy/achy feeling in first trimester and like my bra was too small.
Now getting random sharp pain especially in the right one, like someone has shoved a needle through my nipple.
How much pain is normal?!
