Is this cramping normal?

I'm 35 weeks now and have woken up this morning with quite strong cramps that feel like period pains. I thought possibly braxton hicks but they're not intermittent, it's like a constant dull ache. Baby is moving as normal, however it does feel like she's moved position, so could it just be that? I've also had a bit of a cough which seems to exacerbate the pain when I cough. Could it just be a bearing down on cervix?

I'm 29 weeks and I had this it only lasted for about an hour but I realised it came on after I sneezed so I'm not sure if it's just pressure on the cervix like you said but it felt exactly like period pains I also leaked some fluid which apparently was urine and not amniotic fluid according to the midwife!
