I fancy a moan. Anyone else want to join me?

I fancied a moan!

Everyone asks me how are you? And I always say "fine, just tired"

But really I want to say: my belly button is knocking me sick, my baby has it's foot permanently in my ribs, my hips and pelvis constantly ache, my nipples itch, my discharge is out of control and it feels like everything is falling out when I go to the toilet.

Hopefully only another 5 weeks of this. Grin

Please someone else come along and moan as well.

I can't get comfy at night and I'm tired all time!!!!!
If you've never been pregnant you wouldn't understand the feeling 😂 3 weeks to go !

Sophieelizabeth · 25/07/2017 23:41

I feel ya Grin

Not long now though

SellMySoulForSomeSleep · 25/07/2017 23:53

Moan away!

I'm 41 weeks tomorrow - no I haven't had it yet, no I haven't felt any twinges, yes I'm knackered, yes it's really uncomfortable.

It's not fun in this muggy weather is it, I feel like the second I get up and try to do anything I'm a big sweaty mess. I've only got a handful of things I can fit into now and they need constant washing to keep me vaguely fresh. There is not a style of underwear in the world that fits me properly.

My thighs rub together at the top. My cellulite has cellulite. My face is as round as the moon. My back and hips are agony.

My DH has no idea how difficult these last few weeks are. He has the idea that because I'm 'at home all day doing nothing' I should wait on him hand and foot when he's home from work. Fine to a degree, I'm keeping up with the housework, making nice dinners etc. Last night he was watching something on Netflix which stopped playing and he asked me to get up and sort the broadband out by switching the router on and off at the plug. The bloody router is on the floor behind the massive flat screen TV which is basically impossible for a normal sized person to get behind, let alone someone the size of a house like me.

Phew, that felt good, great thread OP! Good luck with what's left of your pregnancies and when your little ones arrive - the end is in sight!

SellMySoulForSomeSleep · 25/07/2017 23:58

Oh wondering you poor thing.
A maximum of a week left for you?

39 weeks and sick of the constant phone calls and text messages asking if I've given birth yet! So annoying. Angry

Mommatobeatrix · 26/07/2017 00:17

I am just short of 40 weeks, and the constant messages and phone calls are realllllly annoying - as selfish as that sounds!

NinaMarieP · 26/07/2017 00:20

39 weeks and fed up of being tired after doing nothing!
Tired of having to swap sides every hour or two during the night because of sore hips. Tired of having to wear the same jeans and a few tshirts all the time (other options are out due to a sprained ankle requiring hiking boots for support.)
Tired of heartburn and nausea.
Tired of shooting pains in my crotch and aching ribs.

Tired of it all really! Grin

Oh and most of all - tired of people saying "not long now" when every day feels like a life time!!

SellMySoulForSomeSleep · 26/07/2017 00:40

I love sharing your misery ladies. Thank you. Flowers

I'll moan with you! I'm 18 weeks pregnant with my 10th child. People keep asking me if it was planned and if I'm crazy wanting another child with so many already and I want to scream! I don't go around asking random people about their family planning decisions. I'm trying to wean my 9 month old before the new baby comes and she's not cooperating with me at all. I pee 12 times a day and I'm lucky if I'm alone in the bathroom for one of them. And I was saving myself a Bounty to eat in the middle of the night when I'm nursing and my eldest son ate it Angry

Ceebs85 · 26/07/2017 01:17

37 weeks.

Sick of the:
'have you chosen a name yet'

Yes but I don't want to tell you

'Ooh why aren't you taking a full years maternity....you won't want to come back after 6 months'

Because sadly not everyone has the luxury of being able to afford it Angry

'Ooh you've really popped'

Yes I know. I'm colossal.

Also Sick of the:

Needing slide sheets and a hoist to turn over in bed

Feeling sick every time I bend down

Not being able to breathe deep breaths

Feeling like baby is going to fall out of my foof when I walk

Piles

Discharge

Indigestion

taraer · 26/07/2017 05:36

When you get tummy cramps but oh no join just need a poo, swollen feet, heartburn, being kicked in the ribs, thighs rubbing together, not being able to see my foof anymore or reach my feet..... weeing myself and getting up about twenty times in the night ! Lol
All worth it though

wondering23 · 26/07/2017 06:35

Hoping so sleep, midwife this morning and hoping induction will be booked in for Monday. It's my first but I think the latest my hospital will let you go is 40+12, however I've known several people have their planned inductions cancelled when the hospital is really busy, so there's a degree of pot luck Confused

m33r · 26/07/2017 07:07

All of those things plus 'false labour'. What is that all about!?! Keep thinking, finally, here he comes and this will all be over then nothing.... come on babies!

babysurprise14 · 26/07/2017 07:48

Love a good moan, currently 34 weeks and counting down the days until I finish work, no sleep for weeks and trying to work full time is a right pain!

New one in the last few days.......constipation!!! It actually felt like I was giving birth out of my behind 😂😂😂

Onwards and upwards, all I ask for is some sleep, less heartburn and for all the new cellulite to disappear!

We can do this ladies xx

SellMySoulForSomeSleep · 26/07/2017 08:51

Exactly PP. We will get there, slow progress but there is an end to it.

36+2 and baby has decided to go breech after being head down for last 8 weeks

Stomach is doing actual heaves from side to side

Have family competing for attention all weekend, it's raining, I'm exhausted and if I don't wee every 20 minutes it's an achievement

I can't put my shoes on. Nothing fits. I might have to have another c section next week and I'm not bloody ready for him to come yet!!!!

PalomaViolets · 26/07/2017 10:50

Only 32 weeks here but I nearly took my partners block off this morning when he, with all his medical training (he's a bloody plumber), told me "there's nothing wrong with you!" 😤

RockyisMYRhino · 26/07/2017 10:55

I would like to add being woken up and told to stop snoring by DH just as I manage to fall asleep after the 20th wee of the night

lilyborderterrier · 26/07/2017 11:15

Hi lovelies I'll join in !
35 weeks here, I'm shattered cannot sleep/ get comfy, need a wee all the time ( as soon as I lie down)
Baby goes mental at nighttime, he's breech and competing with a large fibroid using the space. ( I'm having to deal with that after I've had the baby!)
Stressing about the birth ( planned c section but no date yet (but could go into natural labour any time!

I've got tons to do but no energy and bless her my 4.5 year old is being shoved in front of the TVs far too much.

And we've decided on 2 names and we cannot agree on which one. I love the one my oh doesn't.

Feel so fed up and uncomfortable and cannot wait to have this baby.

Hug to you all x

SellMySoulForSomeSleep · 26/07/2017 11:16

paloma your DH is brave isn't he!

32 weeks and sick of being told I have 'attitude' because I roll my eyes when I'm asked to fetch something for someone AGAIN!

I'm the size of a small hippo, please realise it is not easy for me to stand up and sit down again every time you can't be bothered to get your own shit Angry

Oh!! And YES I actually WANT to go back to work after 6 months. In fact, id go back sooner if childcare wasn't an issue.

DigitalGhost · 26/07/2017 11:33

Also sick of hearing so and so down the roads daughter has given birth already or someone's random cousin who was due after me. It's literally a daily occurrence from my mum ATM.
Like feeling super pregnant with no signs of labour is fun! Argh!

rogl · 26/07/2017 12:03

I'm 30 weeks, sick of the heat, sick of the SPD but haven't got a physio appointment until 9th august

I can't sleep, I feel so much pressure and have zero energy which is very inconvenient with a 3 year old.

Oh and I also have a hernia, the joys!
