Advice please!!!

Hello, advice appreciated :)

I am 11 weeks 1 day. Saturday I had red/brown blood when i wiped. This happened once on Saturday and once on Sunday. Though Sunday was less.

There was no cramping. However I have had diarrhoea yesterday morning and this morning. So have had an uncomfortable tummy, but I would describe it as cramping.
Also spent Saturday - today on the sofa! Exhausted! I think I feel generally under the weather.

I went to the doctors on Monday, I was told to rest and I have an ultrasound tomorrow morning. I'm nervous in case something is wrong and I will have to go on my own.

Any body else been in this situation?

I had brown blood several times up to 15 weeks and the midwife told me not to worry, it was really common. Didn't get offered an ultrasound or anything!

Hi. I'm also 11 weeks 1 day. I've had diarrhea over the weekend and then spotting at around 8 weeks. I think these are normal though it can be quite worrying, at least your having an ultrasound and they'll check if there's anything out the norm

Thank you for your replys, it does help to hear other people and get some reassurance that it is normal. Won't stop me from worrying completely though!

It is true, I am lucky to be offered an ultrasound, just hope it goes well tomorrow xx

I also had some spotting in the first trimester, midwife said not to worry I'd it was just a little bit when wiping (which it was) and I'm now 24 weeks.

The other symptoms sound like normal first trimester misery.
