I am 37 weeks and developing horrid little itchy patches all over the bump - any ideas what I'm missing in my diet that might help??

Are you drinking enough water? If it is ezcema then reducing the amount of dairy foods you eat can help, but it's probably not a good idea to eliminate a food group altogether when you are pregnant, and certainly don't do it on my advice!

It's a funny time of year with the heating still on though - can make skin much drier than normal.

have you a good moisturiser? Aqueous cream is dead cheap and a good place to start (if you can get hold of the one with menthol it is v good for stopping itching).

oh, and if you don't want to cut dairy entirely try switching from cows' to goats' milk products - v widely available now.
