Is this normal?? I am 13 weeks, I wake up with them every morning and paracetamol is not doing much. Midwife said it is hormones but not sure how long I can go on with them?

Any advice?

I had this, I think it's pretty common and should go away soon. I find Chinese white flower oil on the temples or something similar (smells menthol-like, makes skin feel cold) helps soothe it. However, if you are worried go and see your GP to be on the safe side x

I had this too around that time. A dull ache that wouldn't go away. It lasted a few weeks unfortunately.

I used a forehead stick and tiger balm to help ease it a little. Plenty of fluids and just ride it out. If you get worried or the pain gets unbearable make sure you get checked out. Good you've made your midwife aware.

It's unpleasant and you have my sympathy. It does pass xx

I had the same around 13 weeks, it was horrid. I tried everything and have never been so well-hydrated in my life! Caffeine was the key for me, despite having not had any issues with caffeine withdrawal at all. I read someone on an earlier thread saying something about it helping and it was a miracle cure for me. Can of Diet Coke and two paracetamol and it went within 20 minutes every time.

It's pretty much gone now (14+2) though I get the occasional one but not constant like it was before.

Glad there seems to be light at the end of the tunnel, they seem to ease slightly in the afternoon and then come back in evening. Thanks for the advice will give a bottle of coke a ago and Just sip it when they peak! Xx
