Hi,
at the moment i am struggling after eating anything with the pain and discomfort that follows afterwards!
these past few weeks i haven't been eating as much because i've been feeling full quite quickly. but now i just feel so uncomfortable and i have stomach pains from eating.
does anyone have any tips on how to feel a little better or whether they've been through something similar!
it's got to the point where i dread eating just because of the discomfort afterwards!!
