Baby breech at 36 weeks :(

Went for my 36 week check up at the midwife today and for the last 6 weeks, baby has been head down and ready to rock!

He's now showing as breech, meaning another scan and a potential c section if he doesn't turn. They won't perform cvs due to previous EMCS so looks like it's up to him now.

Just looking for some experience or advice on what I can do to help him move! I was so so hoping for vbac this time as I just want a natural delivery more than anything

Thanks all

Have you looked at the exercises on the Spinning Babies website? Good luck.

No but I will do, thanks for the recommendation

People strongly recommended acupuncture to me to turn my breech baby. It apparently has impressive success rates. I opted not to as the consultant who tried to do my ECV said the baby physically couldn't move from the particular position it was in but if hadn't been for that I would have given acupuncture a go.

Another thing to look into, thank you

He obviously has room to turn as he was happily head down until last week (I felt him move, just didn't realise the extent!) so he must have room to get back down!
