11 weeks and not feeling pregnant at all

So I'm about 11 weeks, will be 12 on Friday and my first scan is on Monday. I've had very mild symptoms of nausea, sore boobs and I have been tired...but for the last 4-5 weeks at least I haven't felt pregnant at all. I'm tired (but I do have a 6yo and I work!), and my boobs are ever so slightly tender, but only if I give them a fairly hard squeeze!
Some would say it's a blessing but I'm sick with worry as I had a missed miscarriage this time last year. So worried it's happened again, just have a horrid feeling. I have had mild cramps and the odd brown spot or two (I've read this is normal) so I don't think my doctor would take me seriously, especially as my scan is a week today.
I don't know what I expect to get out of posting, but it's good to get how I'm feeling off my chest!

I'm feeling the same, I'm 10 weeks today and have suffered from nausea, really really sore boobs that have even affected my sleep and I usually awake twice in the night for a wee! Today however I don't feel sick, my boobs are fine and I slept all the way through. It should be a blessing but I'm a little worried!!

Hi Emilie, no words of advice but just to say you're not alone. I also had a MMC last year and find lack of symptoms a real worry. Have you had any private early scans? All the best for Monday.

Lifeofpies, sorry to hear about your mmc my doctor actually requested an early scan but the hospital rejected it. I did think about a private but thought I could try and hang on until my booked scan. I wish I'd gone private now for some reassurance. To make this agonising week even worse, I found out today that my gran might have cancer. She finds out for sure tomorrow. Just not sure I can deal with the stress right now :/ one of the worst weeks ever.

@EmilieR91 I've had a total of 5 scans already (both NHS and private) and I'm only 14 weeks! Had an MMC earlier this year and I'm not sure the anxiety will ever subside until baby arrives! Congratulations on your pregnancy, I hope you manage to relax and enjoy it good luck for your scan on Monday and I'm sure it'll all be fine x
