So I've downloaded the GentleBirth app and have enjoyed using it.
I think I want to do the workshop

Has anyone done it? If so what did you think?
Also does anyone know when is the best time to do it too?
I'm only 14 weeks but would like to book it in but don't know how far along I should be

Thanks for any help

I think it's similar to that and to Hypnobirth too

Yes, Calm Birth is apparently the Australian version of Hypnobirthing.

I found Calm Birth very reassuring, it helped me and my partner to understand the process of birth, it gave dh some practical ideas of what to do and when to do things. It had a section on 'unexpected outcomes' that reassured me no end and overall after three births I'd say Calm Birth was the most important thing I've ever done regarding preparing for childbirth. I literally believe I achieved my goals of what I wanted during birth. I sound like I've by brainwashed but I haven't I actually a big sceptic in the rest of my life!!
