Hcg levels 4 weeks too high and not doubling

Hey
I had my hcg at 4 weeks came back as 3650, 48 hours later 4367 and 48 hours later 4713.

Has anyone had a similar experience all I keep getting from the doctors is that it's probably eptopic even though they have seen a sac in the right place but it's too early to see yolk and heart beat.
Scanning me again tomorrow at 5 weeks, I'm freaking out
