Is this babies penis?

We have had a scan today at 15 weeks (it wasn't a gender scan).

Be just been looking over the scan photos and am convinced I can see a penis?? It could be a nub perhaps? Or part of babies leg?

What does everyone else think?

Not sure...
I think they are quite swollen at this stage and so both appear very similar!

I have my dating scan next week but will be 14 weeks, really hoping not to see anything as we want a surprise

15 weeks is too early to tell, could be a clitoris.

It's usually the balls they look for anyway when looking for the sex, because they tend to be swollen and noticeable due to hormones. Penis not so much.

Good luck Hun!! Maybe tell them you definitely want a surprise ... They may angle the photo so no nub/bits are visible.

I on the other hand am very impatient and can't wait to find out!!

Oh I see, yes, I can see how balls would be more easy to identify than a penis. It's probably a bit of leg or cord?

I remember showing my mum showing my dad the scan of DS and telling him it's a boy "and what a boy!" It was the cord!!

Haha .... Yeah, on reflection, the bit that I think is a penis is probably a little too big at this stage to be that!
