Hi ladies, so was wondering has anybody drank raspberry tea in pregnancy and benifited from it. My sisters labour lasted less then a hour and she swore by it! I'm 35 weeks now and thinking to give it a go, what's there to lose I guess? Wanted to hear your stories about it. Also how many cups shall I drink a day?

My sister swears by it too. When I was pregnant she tried to sneak it in my tea every time she made me a cup because I didn't like the taste but I kept winging about how fat I was haha (luckily he came 4 days before his due date anyway lol) but she has 3 daughters and all of them have been less than 4 hours. Could be a coincidence but she does religiously drink it every 2 hours from 36 weeks x

I drank it both times. First baby born 2 and a half hours after I got to hospital. Second labour less than an hour in total. Maybe a complete coincidence! Maybe your brain expects a shorter labour if you know you've been drinking it so that's what your body does. Who knows? Worth a try!!
