Does The Increased Appetite Ever Ease Off?

I'm nearly 23 weeks and since around week 18 have been ravenous all the time! I knew this would happen but it came on so quickly and it's hard to manage.

Ladies who are further along, does it ease off at all? Or is this just how it's going to be?

It comes and goes. It's hard to eat in the 1st due to nausea, and in the 3rd due to stomach being compressed. So 2nd is the only trimester when I could eat a lot, but it came and went, normally I ate loads then the baby had a growth spurt, and then my appetite calmed down for a bit.

Ah that's good to know and makes sense. I hope this is just a phase which will calm a little! X

I stuffed myself the whole way through

Last time I ate a lot all the time, this time I was hungry in the second trimester but it's easied off in the third. My crazy sweet tooth hasn't gone though Blush

I remember probably 20-26 weeks I wanted to eat ALL the time, think baby was probably having a growth spurt. I'm 38 now and starving all the time but have very little actual stomach space so I just find myself snacking every hour or two.

First baby is 18 months and no sign of it easing off so far.
