UTI on dipstick but not lab test

Hi,
I have a UTI because I have the symptoms, dipstick shows blood but lab shows no infection. Had amoxicillin for 4 days, 1 day to go but seems worse since on it (though easily coincidence). Anyone had similar? Doctor not sure what to make of it except it may just be pregnancy . . Currently 9 weeks and had symptoms for about 3.5 weeks gradually getting worse. Also absolutely shattered but easily pregnancy for that one.

Probably a stupid question but are you drinking enough? I'm 26 weeks and my midwife said I need to be drinking way more than usual, pregnancy raises your body temp and with the warm weather you'll get dehydrated much quicker which wont help a UTI. Some days I'm getting through 6 litres of water...
