I am looking for as bit of advice. I am 14+2 and I woke up this morning with a searing pain in my head. Not a headache but a large oval shape pain on the right hand side just at the top of my forehead. It is painful to touch or if I move to quickly but I do not have a headache. I also have a really sore ear almost like an ear infection and I have been sneezing lots. I was sick last night and this morning but to be honest my morning sickness hasn't stop yet so I wasn't worried about this until one of my friends said this was symptoms of meningitis and I should be seen stragiht away!!! I thought that maybe it was just an ear infection. What do you think does it sound like meningitis?

Sorry I feel like a real drama queen

It may just be an ear infection (what you are describing does not sound much like meningitis to me, but I am not expert), but why don't you get checked out/ phone NHS Direct just in case.

FYI, symptoms of meningitis are here .

Hope you feel better soon.

If it was meningitis i doubt you'd be well enough to look at the computer screen.

Probably just a virus or infection of some sort

Hope u feel better soon
