Hi so wondering does ur nhs hospital tell you the gender and which area are u in

Im in Shropshire they dont tell you

Mine does - assuming it's clear at the scan on the day without additional effort. I'm in West London.

Mine do in Liverpool

DD was told - as her DH wanted to know! She's in Surrey

We are told in Peterborough.

I was told in Bristol and Manchester

I'm in Worcestershire and I think they'll tell you if it's clear and you want to know.

She did say 'any questions' at the end which I think is where you'd ask.

I didn't ask.

We were told at 12weeks! Well 80% chance, then confirmed at 20weeks. London, Kings College.

We had scans in London and Warwickshire, both told you the sex of the baby if you asked.

I had my scans at Liverpool Women's and was asked both times if we wanted to know( my first scan was later than most, so they could tell).
But I didn't want to know, I'd never ever find out. So we didn't.

Ahh lots of variations i asked mine said no we don't tell you

I don't think a private gender scan costs too much if you really wanted to know.

Cardiff Heath Hospital & they did.

I'm amazed no-one has corrected gender to sex yet

I had scans in Glasgow and they do tell you if you want to know (we didn't).

At Chelsea & Westminster they ask at the end of the 20 week scan if you want to know, we're keeping it a surprise but they do offer

We were able to find out in both Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. But in the part of London where I used to live, they had a strict no telling policy.

They asked us right at the beginning if we would like to know. We're in Edinburgh :)
