Any guesses would be much appreciated

What gestation was the baby measuring as it makes all the difference. I suspect it may be too early to tell, nub theory doesn't work before 12 weeks.

That is a little bit too early. Nubs always start looking girly but can rise after about 12 weeks so there's no way to know at this stage.
