My dose is all sduffy!!

I woke up this morning with a really stuffed up nose which also runs like it's Usain Bolt not feeling unwell just my nose. Is this a pregnancy thing? If it is will it bigger off or am I stuck with it? I'm only 8 weeks, not sure I want this for the next 7 months!

I had pregnancy rhinitis during the first trimester. I think it cleared up at about 14 weeks. I'm still more mucusy than usual but not bunged up anymore.

Try a neti pot, really helped with my sinuses and perfectly safe for pregnancy

I'm suffering with this now in 2nd trimester. Only seems to be at night though atm!

Had a stuffy nose nearly entite way through (currently 24 weeks). It keeps randomly bleeding too. Midwife assured me this was normal

I had this too, cleared up by about 17 weeks I think? It was so bad at times I had trouble eating and drinking too fast as I'd feel like I was suffocating
