Just wanted to know if anyone else has been suffering... (and have a little moan )

I'm 28 weeks pregnant and thought I had a horrendous stomach bug. I was sick a few times and have been unable to eat or sleep with the pain for the last couple of days. It would appear though that it is just really painful indigestion. Have had dh in a panic as I almost got him to take me to hospital last night as I was in agony (oops - good job I decided to wait until today huh?!)

I've got some gaviscon - anyone else got any good ideas to help?

Fried foods do it for me. Am 32 weeks pg at the moment and have stayed off anything fried for the last week or so and it has really helped. Onions and cabbage are another one to steer clear from.

Don't eat just before you go to bed, that can make it worse.

Rennies do the trick too if you don't like gaviscon, ewwwwwwww!

I do sympathise with you though, it's not nice and can be really painful.

Put some books under the legs at the head of your bed so that your head is higher than your feet - worked for me
