anyone had 3 cs advice please!

hi i am due to have my third babt in july and am going to have to have another section , the last cs i had was 9 years ago with dd1 do you think it will be like the 1st time all over again ,or has anyone else had similar/same experience .Advice tips greatly appreciated . thanks .

Like you I am due to have my third in July and this will be my third c section. Had a four and half year gap between DD1 and DD2 and must say experience of the 2nd section was great, mainly because I knew what to expect. Fear of the unknown is often worse than the reality and you know what is coming. My first c section, although planned was not a good experience, basically due to naivety on hospital/operation procedures, expected pain, what to ask from the staff in the way of help or pain relief etc. Second time round I knew the score and this really helped. So I should imagine that third time round for both you and me should be a breeze (hopefully!).
