Does (early) pregnancy affect work travel insurance?

Hello, I need some advice Mums!
I'm travelling overseas with work soon... I'm 10 weeks pregnant and haven't told my work yet. Do I need to declare it to a travel insurance company? If yes, I'll buy my own policy. I did look at some policies but I couldn't find the info I needed :-s Thanks in advance!

For my personal travel insurance I rang up to tell them I was pregnant & they told me they didn't need to know. My work don't have a company travel insurance policy but then we rarely send anyone overseas. Is there anything in your hr policies & procedures or is there an online copy of the insurance documents you can check?
