Our 20 week scan shows that we're expecting a little man, we are so excited and a bit shocked. DH and I already have a DD (2) so kind of expecting another one! How different are boys to girls? Feeling a bit out of my depth 😁

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

You are going to get wee-d on a lot!!

Congratulations! Can't give advice on how different they are as am currently 19 weeks with our first child and it's a boy too!

Don't worry, they're the exact same. Some people say they're very busy, boys wreck your house but girls wreck your head etc.

But I have one of each and both are busy, and both wreck both my house and head!

haircut this first thing DD did was wee on me while I was still on the operating table 😂

Together congratulations!!

Elspeth haha noted! My house is always a tip 🙈

Congrats! I'm in the opposite boat - we have a DS and expecting a DD! Our little boy is fab, just wants to be outside playing all the time! You will get peed on - in fact, during his first ever nappy change, DS was crying and he weed and it went straight into his mouth! Lovely.
I imagine it's easier to change a boy's nappy as you need to be more careful with a girl that you don't accidentally wipe poop in to the vagina, but then again I've never changed a girl's nappy before, so who knows?!

Congratulations!

My first was a boy, I really really wanted a boy first so was thrilled, he's now 14 and is an absolute mummy's boy, I think boys are more loving ( just my opinion )

We had an 8 year gap and then had our lovely dd who is now 6, she's a madam! Total daddy's girl and really funny.

Dd is more demanding with time and money and ds eats us out of house and home.
Ds is spotless and dd is a little scruff Wink

That's just my own experience of family life, they drive me crazy but wouldn't change a thing.

Congratulations! Boys are awesome! Although I'm biased as I have the most amazing little boy. I'm sure girls are awesome too.
