Iv just found out I'm pregnant this is my first pregnancy. I'm trying to be extra careful as I'm so early on in my pregnancy yet.

Does anybody have any advice on what not to do and what to eat and what to avoid?

Folic acid if you're not already taking it, and then just follow the NHS advice here: www.nhs.uk/chq/Pages/917.aspx

Oh, you could also join one of the ante-natal club threads here, based on your due date.
