I'm freaking out about how much weight I should be lifting as I work on a farm I've lived 10kgs all day everyday for the past 5 years will I have to stop this now or seeing I've been constantly doing it will it be okay? I'm petrified of mc

Hey similar to you except I havery lots of horses ☺ my midwife said lifting was fin email just make sure I lift everything properly, so from the knees etc, and listen to my body. I'm 8 months and the only reason I don't now is because I'm too large! Xx

I think if you're used to doing it you will be fine. My 2 year old weighs more than that.

The risk is not miscarriage, it's damage to yourself as you get bigger. If you don't want to do the lifting then you should explain to your boss and they can find you another job to do

Agree. If your body's used to it you should be fine.

People told me I should stop riding when I found out I was og but carried on until last week (28 weeks now) until my jodhpurs wouldn't fit any more. Because I've been riding for a long time body was totally fine with it.

Thanks everyone! My mum rode with me until she was 30 weeks so I'm sure I'll be fine I'm only 6 weeks gone
