So I'm 14 weeks pregnant and I'm just laying in bed thinking how much it's veen a whirlwind couple of months. I was thinking about how I just KNEW I was pregnant even before testing.
A few days before my missed period my boobs and nipples were so painful. I was in agony and I mentioned to my husband "I won't be surprised if I'm not pregnant this month" and the night before we did a test with DTD and I remember being in absolute agony just after. Just like I was in the early days with DS.

Anyone else just know before testing? What gave it away for you?

"I won't be surprised if I am pregnant this month"

Interestingly I was the exact same! About 2 days before my period was due my boobs felt a bit achy and I knew instantly and said to DP I thought I was. Now 37 weeks!

I actually conceived on the 27th of November 2014. But we didn't do a test until the 19th December. We went to a concert where we had to stand up in early December and I had a bad pain in my back all night. Then a week or so later there was a jar of open garlic paste type stuff in the fridge (dh is a chef so cooks a lot at home and has a lot of different things I have no clue what they are all for) and the smell made me feel so sick.
Looking back now I should have realised then as we were trying. So I'd have to say they were my first symptoms

But at the time I just didn't think. I would have tested sooner otherwise.
Our little man is now 22 months old,
It really does fly by

I'm currently 17 weeks pregnant. My first symptoms were 5 days of heartburn and little white bumps on nipples.

Boobs hurt like hell and I thought it was PMS. The smell of the kitchen bin still makes me nauseous at 24 weeks.

Also a bit of lower back pain. Mostly tiredness though. I often nap for 15 mins in an afternoon but over Easter we were out house hunting most days and I kept falling asleep in the car, for over an hour at a time! That was when I decided to buy a test.

I wasn't even in the slightest optimistic in the days before my period was due. I didn't feel any different, and so many people said I'd know if I was pregnant, so I assumed not.

The day after my period was due (Valentines Day) I took a test, and the line was really faint. Again, feeling completely normal I didn't get my hopes up.

That night I woke at about 3am with the WORST cramps and went to the bathroom fully expecting my period to have arrived. Nothing. The cramps lasted about 10 minutes where I almost passed out then went away. These cramps came and went on and off throughout the day for the next 10 days which then turned into severe lower back ache. Nobody told me this side of pregnancy!!

Thankfully that subsided and I am now 24+4 Smile

I didn't think I would be but I had a weird feeling, my boobs didn't hurt AS much as they usually do before af, I was constipated (tmi but never am, always regular) and I was falling asleep as soon as my head hit my pillow, again something I never do! Also I had pink spotting about a week before I was due.

I was only 3 days late but decided to test and there it was BFP! With my first my only symptom was that I was a week late! I didn't feel anything until 7-8 weeks. Im about 5 weeks now.

Oysterbabe · 08/07/2017 08:07

It was dizziness here, that was first symptom both times.

EdgeOfGlory266 · 08/07/2017 09:29

Yes! Tiredness here too. I'm still struggling to get through the day without a nap. Looking back I had the tiredness and the lack of bowel movements. Pregnancy is so glam!

I'd been out drinking on the weekend before I tested (surprise pregnancy and wasn't planning it at all) and I got drunk really, really quickly. The hangover was worse than I'd experienced before and lasted ages. Then the boob pain began and I knew it was time to test. I still waited until I was 2 days late in case it was in my mind though

CremeDeSudo · 08/07/2017 17:20

I knew the day after - I could feel a twanging sensation where my womb is that went on for a few minutes. I told OH and he joked maybe I was PG already and I was! Next two wks I had constant cramping and lower back ache. Wasn't a surprise when the test came back positive!

Thattwatoverthere I was incredibly hungover with my first. I remember a one point during the night towards the end me and my friend got a bit emotional about our MC's and I realised I was late. Woke up the next day with the worse hangover on the world and did a test.. bam!
