Uterine artery doppler/impaired placentation

I'm now 14 weeks preg after two late mcs (babies passed at 14 and 18 weeks)

We had our 13 week scan this week and the consultant found the doppler values are slightly above the 95th percentile which shows a degree of impaired trophoblastic proliferation/placental disfunction. He's put me on 150mg aspirin and said it is likely to prevent complications if taken until 34 weeks. He also said that it would be a concern if the reading went higher than the 95th percentile so I will have fortnightly scans until 34 weeks.

He thinks this was the cause of my two previous losses.

Anyone been through similar?
