At ante Natal class we've been recommended to get a birthing ball...... I've bought one (65cm) but it's definitely too small...... has anyone bought a good one and can recommend a size and make please? Thanks x

I've got one, it's 65cm. I'm 5'6" and it's spot on. How tall are you? The larger one at 75cm is more often for very tall people.

Mine is 65cm and perfect. I just typed into google what size birthing ball you need for your height.

I'm 5ft 7 and bought a 65cm one as it was the only one that my local supermarket stocked and whilst it is smaller than the ones shown on one born every minute I can't say it feels too small when fully inflated?

Just googled out of morbid curiosity and several sources are saying this:

(So unless you're very tall OP 65cm is probably right!!)

Thanks for all the replies 😊 I thought it was small as I sit on it and my legs are vaguely at right angles..... I thought they needed to be stretched? Too much one born watching I think!

I have a 65cm one, which my knees are bent a little but on but it's definitely the right size for me.

Good luck with everything xx
