I am really craving some cheesecake but there is conflicting information online. Does anyone know?

Thanks.

Yes of course you can, what did you read that said you couldn't? Some have whipped raw egg whites in them, hasn't stopped me eating them, love the light fluffy ones, not a baked cheesecake fan Smile

Yes of course you can
Generally anything shop bought is fully cooked otherwise it would have a massive sign on front of packet saying raw eggs. Now I want to cheesecake too!

Should be fine, i think its the raw eggs people watch out for! How about making your own? You'll know exactly what goes in and you can make extra to way throughout (if it's not with raw eggs ) xxxx
