I feel extremely nauseous and i'm getting headaches unlike my first pregnancy. I feel like my symptoms are so strong this time and severe it's really upsetting me. I feel so weak compared to my first pregnancy. Should I consult my GP or is this normal? Is there anyone else feeling the same way?

How far along are you? Does your GP know you're pregnant?
I recommend speaking to them anyway if you're worried, but yes the extreme nausea and headaches have been normal for me. The midwife said to expect it, it's hormones playing havoc.

My midwife said to take paracetamol if I got a bad headache, and to call them if the headache didn't ease with paracetamol.

Hope you feel better - ice water and a bit of mango sorbet in the evenings has been helping me :)

I'm 5 weeks pregnant and I have had an appointment with my GP. The symptoms just tire me out, I vomited with my first pregnancy but this one I feel extremely nauseous with severe headaches. I find it hard to get up and do any work.

There is a hyperemesis thread on her that might be helpful.

hellomarshmallow · 04/07/2017 18:57

I felt like this with a singleton pg but with twins I was floored. All pregnancies are different though.

Hi moo! If you want to come to the Hyperemesis link it's here
www.mumsnet.com/Talk/pregnancy/2956052-Hyperemesis-Support?pg=22&order=

I'm currently on it and the women have all had different levels of nausea and sickness. They're also lovely
