Worried about movement at 22 weeks

Hiya, hoping someone can give me some advice..

I'm not quite 22 weeks yet (21 + 4) and have been feeling a very active little boy kicking from around 18 weeks.

Today I am not feeling well in myself at all. I felt ill on the walk into work, but then I didn't fancy breakfast so maybe that's the reason?

Sorry for rambling, anyway, I am feeling just off and a bit upset for no good reason, and I've also not felt baby move very much today so far. I don't know whether it is too early to be worried? And would anyone even offer me monitoring or anything?

I would usually just go I think and would always advise anyone else to, but I'm not even 22 weeks yet and we are also incredibly busy at work today with staff members away and I was absolutely fine yesterday as I always have been in this pregnancy, so am worried they will think I'm taking the piss!!

Any advice would be gratefully received Star

I had this at 22 weeks - although it was still "early" to feel movements, she was always very active and stopped moving completely.

I rang the midwife and they advised me to drink a cold drink/lie on my side etc. - still nothing so ended up going to the Day Assessment Unit at the hospital.

Although they said it was early to feel movements, I stressed to them that she had established a pattern. I was taken seriously and she was monitored for around 15 minutes. When I left the midwife reassured me that I had done the right thing by going in.

Remember only you know your baby!
