Just a bit of a moan really

Woke up this morning feeling yuck, (Been non stop in the bathroom too, sorry tmi)

done the school run came back and fell asleep for 3 hours - I can never sleep in the day no matter how hard I try - woke with stomach pains low down but just rested, in pain on the school run literally rocking while sitting down waiting for DS to come out (must've looked like a right weirdo lol)

Got home and the pain was still there so took paracetamol and laid on my bed while my son watches tv next to me

Still lots of pain in my lower stomach

All of a sudden I had to be sick and I don't mean a little bit it was everywhere Blush

Now I'm lying back on my bed still in pain and feeling like death warmed up

I'm unsure if it's a bug or could be the early stages of labour as I read the body can sometimes try and empty itself

I'm 37+2 but my son was born at 37+3 so could be early with this one

Sorry for the moan but no one else is about

Oh and I was suppose to be taking my son to the cinema tomorrow but if I feel this bad I won't be able to do that's making me feel worse :(

Flowers it does sound a bit more like a bug. Really hope it passes quickly for you and you're feeling better soon.

Sorry you're feeling so rubbish. Late pregnancy is just horrible physically isn't it? Have you got any family or friends who can look after you this weekend?

ColourfulOrangex · 30/06/2017 17:25

Thank you, I hope so too, hoping it will just be a short lived bug, unfortunately no one around so just me and my son but he's an absolute angel, I'm lucky really as he could be a terror Grin

You don't mention if you ate anything but paracetamol on an empty stomach is not a great idea, would definitely make stomach pains worse...

ColourfulOrangex · 30/06/2017 17:30

Oh sorry I had a wrap about 12 and then the paracetamol about 3.30 didn't think about that Blush

Sounds like it could be your body getting ready for labour. I think it might be a good idea to call for reinforcements so your little fella is looked after, and you can get some rest and relaxation before your new baby arrives.

Jambo123 · 30/06/2017 17:34

Hope you find someone to look after you too .. she is feeling sick at the moment too .. and is 40 weeks just waiting for contractions to get stronger then we will be going hospital if t does

My brother and sister in law are on stand by thankfully, couldn't get hold of them earlier as they were working, sister in law will be my birthing partner while my brother has my son

I know just because I was early with my son doesn't mean I will be this time but I just feel different, it's hard to explain

Good luck @Jambo123 I hope it all goes well
