Hi All,

Just after a little advice...

I have been made redundant at 32 weeks pregnant. Am i entitled to claim all 39 weeks of my SMP ?

As far as I know, yes, providing you meet the criteria. The link provided above is a good one.

I believe as long as you was employed in week 15 (I think) of your pregnancy then you will qualify for SMP.

It's worth having a look on the direct gov website, they have a calculator that's pretty useful.

It's not week15; it's fifteen weeks before the expected week of confinement, which is the Sunday before your due date (so between 24-25 weeks pg). The calculation period for SMP is weeks 17-25, give or take. If you ticked the boxes then then yes, you'll get SMP. I hope it all works out for you, OP Flowers
