Birth Plan!!!!! ????????????

Hi there

Does anyone know where i can download/copy/anything a GOOD birth plan template that is ENGLISH and not american???
Its so funny but all the ones ive seen have been so americanised i'll endup asking the midwife for some diapers!!! lol

Hi,

I just googled 'birth plan template' and made sure I clicked on the UK option and it came up with loads to choose from - hope that helps?

Mine just reads - I DON'T WANT AN EPIDURAL UNLESS I REALLY, REALLY HAVE TO!!!!!

I agree. Keep it really short and only write down things that are REALLY important too you. My first one was too long and detailed and most of it I didn't get.

The second one only contained about 3 esentials and I got them all.

My first one was also far too long,but this one is only 4 lines.Tbh,I wasn't even going to bother writing one.
