I'm getting worried, I've been so sick and nauseous over the past few weeks. It's Friday now and I haven't been sick since Tuesday Confused last night I dreamt I had my scan and there was no hb. I woke up worried. I'm 12 weeks. Anyone else found their symptoms went around this time?

My symptoms went away at around 12 weeks, I was worried but then it all came back a few days later...still does every few days and I'm 19 weeks x

Hi ya,

Firstly congratulations on being pregnant.

I had this and was very panicked like you but they do come and go so please don't worry. If you are worried give your midwife a call, they will put your mind at ease.

Enjoy it! I never had any sickness or nausea with dc1 & 3. Dc 2, 4 & this time with 5 I'm still being sick 34 weeks in (fairly certsin it'll carry on until the end now). It is normal for sickness to go around the 12 week mark as your placenta is taking over.

Try not to worry too much about your dream, I had one this week where my baby had been born but I lost him/her while I was shopping.

Ooooh try and enjoy the non-nausea days OP :) my sickness started smack bang on 6 weeks and went smack bang on 12. It felt off having been ill daily for 6 weeks, you become accustomed to it don't u!
I'm sure everything will be - hormones are just crazy things :)

Thank you so much for being kind!
I'm a bit over sensitive at the moment - I lost my mum 3 weeks ago, scan on Monday so hopefully will have some good news xxx

Oh OP, I'm so sorry that you're going through all that! No wonder your mind is all over the place ♥ Flowers
Honestly it's not being sensitive, all us expectant mums are the same - the littlest change in my body and I think somethings wrong. If you have any questions at any point just post and we'll be able to talk you through things!
All the best for the scan, and my sincere condolences for your dear mum xxx

So sorry for your loss OP Flowers

But congratulations on your pregnancy, I'm sure everything is fine for you as they say symptoms do lessen or disappear as you head into your second trimester. Good luck for your scan on Monday x
