Anyone felt symptoms more acutely after mc

I had a miscarriage 23rd of May, it wasn't great and I'm working through it.
We very luckily got pregnant straight away, I'm now 5+3 and quietly shitting myself, I've had blood tests for ectopic (I had one in January, needless to say it's been a bad year) and I have an early scan booked on Monday.
Usually I know I shouldn't be feeling symptoms properly till 6/ 7 weeks, but I've felt so awful in a way I didn't with my last 2 pregnancies. I feel so sick and everyone tells me it shouldn't be kicking in that fast. But my boobs don't hurt at all and they were really bloody sore last time.
All in all this is making me so edgy, I can't relax at all!!
Anyone have any strange symptoms or really early ones after a mc?

Frosty I'm sorry no advice but just read this and you have been on such a rough ride! Congratulations on the pg though.

FWIW I've been told by a medical professional that your body is far more tuned in and responsive to everything after a mc

With regards to early symptoms - I had hyperemesis with DS and started being very sick really early (I did a test at 6 weeks and only due to being so sick). I was told (don't know how correct this is) that sickness is actually a sign of a healthy pregnancy because it's due to your body producing too many pregnancy hormones and it means there's more than enough for the baby. Having HG certainly didn't affect DS who was born perfectly healthy and was 9lb2!!!!!

Good luck OP, I will keep my fingers crossed for you :)

Frosty congratulations on your pregnancy, and I'm sorry to read what you have been through so far Flowers. I think after a loss, as Possib says above, you are so more tuned into how your body feels, hyper vigilant looking out for every sign and symptom, I certainly know I have been. I was pregnant last year but sadly miscarried at 10 weeks, I had every symptom going, sore boobs, sickness, aversions you name it. I'm lucky to currently be 18 weeks pregnant now but this pregnancy has been completely and utterly different from last time, only symptom I've really had is tiredness. No symoptoms didn't make the first weeks easy at all but what I guess I'm trying to say is each pregnancy is different (I won't say don't stress as I know that's impossible!).

Glad to hear you've got a scan booked from Monday, I ended up with one at 6.5 and 9 weeks following a couple of bleeds and although the reassurance doesn't last for too long after each one it really helped me get through. Best you can do is take it easy and look after yourself, reading trashy books or crap TV distracted me.
