Swollen and slightly sore down there

Has anyone had a slightly swollen sore spot near the vagina? I'm in week 28, and been feeling a bit fragile down there. When i took a look, it's just slightly red and swollen, sore to touch. It's sort of right on the crease on one side of my vagina, and only on one side. No other symptoms than that, so does it warrant a gp visit? Thanks girls.

I'm not an expert by any means, but I had swollen veins where you describe.
I'd get it checked to put your mind at rest.

It's probably a varicose vein (nothing to worry about but sore as feck) or if it's even swelling on both sides it's probably just from the pressure of the baby. I had both last time, I didnt have any pain with the varicose vein but the pressure swelling was very achey and uncomfortable.

I had a soak last night before bed and this morning it looks to have gone down a bit, pregnancy things continue to blow my mind!

I have had this continuously from week 8 +, went to the doctors and they said apart from it looking sore test results where normal.. I find it feels a lil better when I drink lots of water. Hope u feel better soon.
