Does having an orgasm strengthen your pelvic floor??

no medical evidence here but from my own experience.... i think it does! when i have an orgasm i feel everything down there tightening up.

I think if your pelvic is toned it helps you have a better orgasm, so it might work both ways...

Well we've been at it like rabbits so if it does that'll be a bonus as I'll have a super strong pelvic floor for a change lol!

Yup deffo true. An orgasm is basically lots of clenches in rapid succession!!!
