Pain in the bump!

Hi guys, I'm 31 weeks pregnant and not overly concerned just wanted to make sure this is normal.
I have to walk quite a lot and the last few days I have had an intense sharp pain on the bottom of my bump just above my pelvic bone. I'm assuming this is just some kind of ligament stretching? It's only really noticeable when I walk or when I cross my legs when sitting down or when I stand up from a sitting position. Basically any time I move!
Will it ease off or get worse? Just so I can mentally prepare myself for the pain!
Thanks in advance.

I get something similar but it's more of a period ache rather than sharp and I only really get it if iv been on my feet walking for a while. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about x

I'm getting all sorts of aches and pains now at 33 weeks. Sometimes it is like period cramps other times it is sharp pains on either side underneath my bump which I think is round ligament pain. Pretty sure it is normal at this stage

I've just got what feels like a knife right in the centre every time I move! Oh the joys! Yeah didn't think it was anything to be concerned about.
Thanks!

Sounds like SPD, take a look online and see if that sounds like what it is. If it is, a physio could help.
