Really struggling to sleep as need to roll over every hour or so.

I find going on my elbows and knees and gently rocking/circling my pelvis and really helpful for releasing the muscles and bone of my lower back/hips. I get frequent trapped nerves and sciatica and this really helps. Lugging my two (23 months and nearly 4) around does not help🙄. Paracetamol helps a little but not as much as you'd like and not for nerve pain so I tend to stick to stretching. Drink loads of water too👍
