12 week scan this week. Anyone else?

Arrrghh. This week is finally here. My 12 week scan is in Thursday. I feel like I've known forever.
I've known I was pregnant for 9 weeks already, which is crazy because we wouldn't have even been 2 weeks post conception. We thought we were much futher along but we had an early scan about 6 weeks ago that pushed us back nearly 3 weeks! So this scan has felt like such a long time coming. Especially as in the beginning, my GP was adamant I wasn't pregnant!
I can't wait to see how much baby has grown since the little flicking heartbeat we saw a few weeks ago!
Anyone else hitting the 12 week Mark this week?

Me! I was 12 weeks on Saturday and have my scan tomorrow. Very excited, it does seem to have taken forever to get here!

Ahh fantastic! Is it an early or a late one? Mine's at 9.30 thank God! I remember with it being really late in the afternoon with DS. I hated waiting all day.

I have my scan at 9:30 Thursday.

I'm only going to be 11+3 but I have mine at 11am tomorrow, I can't wait! I won't be able to sleep tonight, i know it.

Hi. I've got mine on Friday, I'll be 11+5 and I can't wait! Im so excited. We're going away with family on Saturday so planning on telling them all then.

How lovely Kitcaty - Your anomaly scan isn't until 20 weeks. Are you talking about the downs screening?

Yes I meant the nutchal scan and blood tests. I really need to go through all the paperwork so I can remember the names of all the tests!

I think it really depends. When I was pregnant with my son, they told us there and the that the fluid measurements looks perfect. I received our letter around a week later confirming our results.
A friend of mine was pregnant and they told her at the scan the the measurements didn't look great. As far as I can remember, I don't think they hung about letting her know the what the chances were. Once they found out the chances were quite high, they got them in quite quickly for more tests.

It depends what the results are kitcaty. In our area, women with high risk results are telephoned with the result within 2-3 days whereas those with low risk results are informed by post within 1-2 weeks

Me! I was 12 weeks on Saturday and my scan is on Wednesday morning. I had one last Thursday as well but having the nuchal testing done and they couldn't do it last week.

Just wanted to report back, I had my scan today. All good with the baby, measurements perfect, very relieved!

Hi. I had my scan today, all looks ok :). Would anyone who knows about nub theory like to take a guess?

My 12 week scan was yesterday. Baby was moving a lot and was difficult to see!

I had mine too! Again baby was really difficult to see because he/she was so active. Oooh and this is Hannano1990. I've changed my name.
