Sickness returned?

Suffered with bad sickness from week 6-11 but been fine since.

I'm now 31 weeks and feel really sick this morning - I've actually called in work it's that bad :( Is it likely for sickness to return this late on? Or could it be something more along the lines of a stomach bug? I have an irrational fear of getting listeriosis or toxoplasmosis - no good reason but just want to make sure it's unlikely to be something else!

I had hyperemesis up until about 20 weeks... I'm now 30 and, like you, I had to call in sick today after being sick three times in the space of about 30 minutes.. it can definitely return, sadly.

Mine is worse when I don't sleep well - how did you sleep last night? X

Hi Kiki! Hmm i didnt actually sleep that well, and was KNACKERED this morning, so whether thats triggered it abit. I've got loads of work to do from home but just want to stay in bed all day :(

Totally normal from what I understand. I remember the first time I got pregnant the Dr said, "you don't need to worry about all the weird symptoms, only worry if they stop". So while throwing up is horrible it was always a slight comfort at the same time.

Ah thats a good way to look at it Iwasjust :) atleast I know all my hormones are doing what they should be!
