Skull or Nub theory?

Skull theory I'm rubbish at too. I can't tell from mine, can't see the nub but the baby's forehead is really big lol

Lol, my bumps skull looks really blocky in some and round in others. Think it depends on how they are positioned. Are you going to find out before the birth?

So far this post has murkied the water, so many mixed thoughts and guesses.

I say girl! I feel like the nub was very obvious on my 12 week (to me anyway!) and my 16 week confirmed boy. The (potential) nub looks flatter compared to what I had anyway

17th July. 3 weeks today
I originally wasn't going to find out because I have one of each but I can't help it lol. I have newborn clothes both bot and girl from my other DC so I can dig them out and have the washed and ready then if I find out the sex.
How far are you and when are you due?

I'm due November.

If I have a second baby I will be looking to find out then so, like you say, we can prepare in terms of reusing clothes etc. This is our first though and I love all neutral stuff... I worry if we find out we will be over run with pinks or blues ! In laws have already bought girlie stuff as they are convinced it's a girl!

@OnNaturesCourse I always said if I had a third I wouldn't find out and I'd have a surprise, but now I'm actually having a third I'm adamant I want to find out. I guess I'm just impatient 😂

That's my guesses based on skull theory! I'm rubbish with nub theory!

@2017Babyontheway baby girl looking at both nub and skull.
The nub is flat and almost parallel to spine which is said to indicate girl though it can continue to rise until about 14 weeks, there is no stacking though which would be a sign of a boy.

@user1480264544 I think boy for you, but I am not a sonographer and if it is different from what you have been told don't panic based on my amateurism!

Haha it's so weird I'm supposed to be having a girl! But I've had two women approach me on two days saying oh wow when's the little man due etc, when I say I'm having a girl they have both been so shocked and said with a bump
Like that it's impossible!! I know thats an old wife's tale but still really odd! Everyone I know was convinced I was having a boy up until I announced girl! Even me! I was so shocked! I have a girl already and my pregnancys have been of two extremes ... so different! It's so odd! I guess it's probably just anxiety of things not going as expected! As long as baby is healthy I don't care! X
