Stupid question. I didnt bother last time i just used a usual bra and it was tricky so want to buy a couple of nuraing bras this time. I remember my boobs getting huge when my milk came in so how do you know what size to buy? Or are they pretty stretchy? TIA

I got mine from M&S. Not used them for nursing yet, gorlt them in first trimester cos my boobs were SO painful and swollen.

They were a 2 pack for about £25 i think. They come in just S/M/L /XL and they are sooooo comfy!

Emma Jane ones were fab, a million times better than my awful M&S ones.

I bought one during pregnancy, then another larger one when milk came in:

I had m&s ones during pregnancy (pack of two described above) but they were too small once milk came in. got measured in jojomamanbee at about 4 weeks PP once milk settled down.

The baravado ones at jojo and elsewhere are brilliant. Search bravado nursing bra on here and you'll see loads of recommendations (I'm on third and fourth dc so tried a few).
