Help! Am I pregnant?

Hello,
I'm new to this so my apologies if I'm doing this incorrectly.

So, I am on the nexeplanon implant, in which I have been on for just over 2 years now. I have not had a period in over 1 year, well up until 2 weeks ago. It wasn't heavy and it only lasted around 4 days, but not too long before this I have been feeling quite tired, more than usual, I get light headed a lot and nauseous a lot of the time, and I've been gaining weight, more than usual in so little time. Also, my breasts have started to get bigger, which I have noticed, and a few weeks ago my nipples were extremely tender and kept stinging. Also, depite how vile this may sound, recently, I keep waking up with wet panties? My discharge, is clear but smells like semen?! I feel like I can smell myself, even after a shower, which I feel embarrassed incase someone else can smell what I can. I have never had this before, until a few weeks ago.

I'm 5'2, and I have a little belly, which I'm unsure if it is anything or just bloated? But also sometimes if I have been to the toilet, there is very little, light pink spotting, some mixed with discharge?
I have done a test a few months ago, and then again on Tuesday, but it was negative, but my friends keep saying I look pregnant!

I'm unsure of what it could be or what to do, I'm getting my implant out in a few days, to see if that helps, and a lot of places say it is impossible to get pregnant on the implant? I'm going a little crazy not knowing what to do.

I'll be very grateful if I can get some opinions? Thanks Confused

Honest opinion? Take a pregnancy test. It's the only opinion that's worth anything in this scenario.

Sorry - pressed post too soon! If it's negative again having been negative on Tuesday then you're not pregnant.

I agree with the PP. if you get a negative a few days after a previous negative then you won't be pregnant. Then maybe speak to your GP about your symptoms if removing the implant hasn't helped.

You should go to your doctor. Show them your post here if you're not able to explain it all. Do another pregnancy test before you go. Your doctor will probably repeat a pregnancy test but will also be able to take bloods which will give a definite answer.

You have had the implant for 2 yrs so all these symptoms can't be a reaction to it when you didn't have them before.

The fluid around a baby (amniotic fluid) does smell a bit like semen so if you are in fact pregnant and have wet underwear there is a chance your waters are leaking which obviously is not a good thing early on in pregnancy and if you were well into a pregnancy you would need very close monitoring and antibiotics if your waters were gone.

Have you been having unprotected sex and it is actually semen on your underwear?

Okay, thankyou for your opinions and getting back to me soon! I've just been very unsure of whats happening with my body, I thought it might have been something to do with the implant but I've never been in this situation before.

I have not had sex at all for at least a couple of months now, so it would be impossible for it to be. I feel like there is something different with my body, but I'm just unsure what..

I had the implant happily for years and then it started to mess with me, a couple of times I had so many pregnancy symptoms that I tested. obviously it was negative it was just hormones going mad, once I came of the implant it all calmed down.

I was told that as implants or coils come to the end of their life they aren't as good and regulating the hormones they secrete and can make your hormones a bit all over the place when previously they were settled.
I had my cool removed early for this reason
