Cramping and spotting

Hi,

I'm 5 weeks and 2 days pregnant and (sorry if TMI) tonight I went to the bathroom and when I wiped, there was some pale pink discharge. It wouldn't usually worry me but there was quite a lot of it.

Since getting pregnant, I've had mild cramping but today it's been constant so mixed with the pink CM, I'm a bit nervous.

Has anybody else had this?

I had this at 10 weeks, got it checked with a scan and was fine. Try and get a reassurance scan asap, although I am sure you'll be fine :)

I'm having this now, 7+2 had spotting for about a week now. With pretty painful cramps. Had a scan and all is fine so far.

They may not scan you til you're past 6 weeks as it's hard to see much.

Good luck

I went to the walk in centre and they've said it's too early for them to be able to do anything. I've got a 7 week scan booked so fingers crossed that baby is ok!!
The spotting has been brown today with mild cramps.
So worried!

Oh @Mrstobe90 try and not worry. If it's stopped then it's maybe nothing to worry about. Last week when I went to the toilet twice when I wiped there was mucus with a hint of pink in it and then nothing after that. It's really coming in early pregnancy. I bled with my Ds2 and they scanned me at just over 4 weeks and I had to go back the week after at 5 weeks and there was a heartbeat so I don't believe it's too early to scan. They just have to do it internally. You ok?

Our EPU will only scan from 7 weeks which is a bit crap! I've read of a few people who've had quite a bit of spotting and been ok! Fingers crossed I'll see that heartbeat in 2 weeks
