I am 34 weeks pregnant. I have really swollen feet ankles calves and hands. The midwife yesterday put it down to the heat but I've noticed today my ankles/feet are the worst they've been and I've been in an air conditioned office all day! I also occasionally have dots in my vision. My blood pressure is fine though so she wasn't concerned and in general I'm healthy and baby seems okay. Should I have anything to worry about?
Don't know if it's relevant but I do sometimes get numb/pins&needles feeling in my ankles and feet too. Never had any of this in my first pregnancy!
