Positive pregnancy test, blank control window

So my last period was April it's two months on and I've finally decided to take a test after experiencing pregnancy symptoms. Only when I have this morning it went positive straight away but nothing in the control window. What do you guys think?? Is it a false positive?? Should I take another test to be sure? I'm sexually active and not always had regular periods

Take another test. Nothing in control window usually means faulty test.

Yep, nothing in the control window = faulty test. The lines in the test window also look a bit off, they should be the same thickness.

You may be pregnant, but I wouldn't rely on that particular test. Fx for you.

If you haven't had a period for that long, I think I've heard of tests being so positive due to the high hormone levels that they can pull the dye away from the other lines?? Not sure about the control line though..

Take another test and update us, a cheap one will do if you're that late :)
