Early pregnancy scan this morning

Currently pregnant around 7wks.. I've had a early scan booked for a couple weeks due to MC before. Literally all my symptoms disappeared yesterday and I'm so nervous.
Scan is at 10-30.

Hi

I thought my symptoms went at 8 weeks- but I was fine.

When I miscarried (9 weeks) my boobs deflated over night and I emptied my bowels all of a sudden after massive constipation, but I also bled straight after- the next day. I had actually miscarried at 6 weeks (this is what scan showed) and my symptoms had continued- it is not always a sign as I have learnt
