Child tax credit

Just wondering if anyone can help. I have three grown up children over 18 who I got tax credits for. Under the new rule of only getting tax credits for two children would I not qualify with the baby I'm now expecting? Or would the fact I'm not currently claiming for any children be considered?

It depends on your other circumstances- single? Working? How many hours? Income?

I do qualify on those grounds as I've only just stopped getting for my boy who's just 18. Just didn't know if new law of no tax credits after second child would prevent me being able to claim this time around
